I am an Empowerment Coach & Trainer with certifications in Health, Life, and Financial Coaching, as well as a certified Creative Insight Journey Trainer. Most importantly, I am a child of God, and my faith in Him is at the core of who I am.
My personal journey includes being a survivor of a violent crime that could have ended my life but instead sparked my passion to be in service to others.
My life story includes suffering with chronic insomnia for years which resulted from experiencing trauma as a victim.
I am a type A personality and recovering perfectionist who had self-imposed standards that even a superhero would have difficulty attaining. When I didn't meet these standards, I would re-playing events in my head, beating myself up for days, and second guessing myself with the woulda, coulda, shoulda.
It is my passion to empower you to overcome life's unforeseen paths. You have what it takes within you. I would be honored to guide you on your journey. You don't have to go it alone. Together we will discover that detours don't define your destiny - they prepare you for your purpose.
